Visitation
Visitation is the arrangement for contact between the child and the parent, or a third party, who does not maintain the primary residence for the child. Visitation can be set out in a number of ways, such as a flexible visitation schedule, structured visitation based on a regular schedule that may include weekends and summer vacations. The parties may agree on a visitation schedule, or the Court may award visitation after a hearing.
